Notice for Unclaimed Dividend of Kot Addu Power Company Limited
as required under Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017
Kot Addu Power Company Limited (the "Company") has declared Forty- One (41) cash dividends since its lis ng. Over this period, some of the dividend warrants that were dispatched to the shareholders have been encashed or have been returned/not been received due to, inter alia, incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses. Also, some cash dividends have remained unpaid since the Securi es & Exchange Commission of Pakistan ("SECP") now allows payment of cash dividend, through direct credit to the Bank Accounts, to only those shareholders who have provided copies of their valid CNIC/NICOP/Passport (in the case of individuals) and NTN (in the case of corporate en es) and valid details of their designated Interna onal Bank Account Number ("IBAN").
The Company has published no ces in newspapers, from me to me, reques ng sh areholders to provide copies of their valid CNIC/NICOP/NTN/ Passport and details of valid IBAN to claim their cash dividends.
You are advised to immediately file a claim for dividend(s) which have remained unpaid or unclaimed. Details of Unclaimed Dividends are available on the Company's website which may be accessed from the following link:

Shareholders who have not yet claimed their cash dividends should either encash the dividend warrants already available with them, or make a claim for cash dividends at the Company's Share Registrar's address given below:
