Registration of financial instruments

The following decision has been adopted at a session of the BSE Board of Directors under Record of Proceedings No. 4 of 22 January 2026:
With reference to an application submitted by Elana Trading AD Investment Intermediary, according to Art. 32 (1), item 1 of Part II - Membership Rules of the BSE Rules and Regulations, and on the grounds of Art. 32 (1) thereof, the BSE Board of Directors terminates the registration of Elana Trading AD Investment Intermediary as a market maker of the issue of shares of Korado-Bulgaria AD (KBG), ISIN BG11LUSTAT13, as of 02 February 2026 (Monday).
On the grounds of Art. 44 (1) of Part III - Listing Rules, the Board of Directors places the issue of shares of Korado-Bulgaria AD under surveillance for a period of three (3) months, as of 02 February 2026.
If, after the expiry of this 3-month period, the average monthly number of transactions and/or the average monthly turnover of the issue during the monitoring period do not meet the requirements of the Premium Equities Segment, then the listing of the instrument will be transferred to the segment or market whose requirements the issue of shares meets.
