('Komatsu') hereby announces that, based on the resolution of its Board of Director's meeting held on April 28, 2025, Komatsu has canceled its treasury stock acquired pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan (the 'Companies Act') as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the Companies Act, in accordance with Article 178 of the Companies Act, as described below.
