Declaration of Compliance of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Knaus Tabbert AG on the German Corporate Governance Code pursuant to § 161 AktG
Knaus Tabbert AG complies with all recommendations of the 'Regierungskommission Deutscher Corporate Governance Kodex' in the version dated 28 April 2022 ('Code') published by the Federal Ministry of Justice in the official section of the Federal Gazette and intends to continue to comply with all recommendations of the Code in the future.
Furthermore, Knaus Tabbert AG has complied with all recommendations of the Code since the last declaration of compliance was issued on 30 December 2024.
