In terms of the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons in securities of the company (Insider Trading Code), the "Trading Window" for trading in securities of the company shall remain closed for company employees/directors/promoters and designated persons and connected persons in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, from 1st July, 2026 upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the financials results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026
