In terms of the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated person in securities of the company(Insider trading code) the trading window for the trading in securities of the company shall remain closed for company employees/directors/ promoters/designated persons and connected persons in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015 from 1st January, 2025 upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the unaudited financial results.
