Updates regarding the sale of CULTI Milano SpA Milan, March 12, 2026 - With reference to the press releases dated December 19, 2025 and February 13, 2026, regarding the sale of all 2,388,750 shares owned in CULTI Milano SpA by KME Group SpA to Berger International S.A.S - the holding company of the Emosia Group, it is hereby announced that, upon request by the purchaser, the parties have agreed to further extend the long stop date for the completion of the transaction to April 15, 2026, in order to allow the purchaser to complete the fulfilment of the conditions precedent provided for by the contract. * * *
