The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 11, 2024, has amongst other matters, accorded its consent to shift the registered office of the Company within the local limits of the city from 12, Dr. U.N. Brahmachari Street, Maruti Building, 5th Floor, Flat No: 5F, Kolkata- 700 017 to 3, Saheed Nityananda Saha Sarani Portuguese Church Street, 2nd Floor, Room Number: 25, Kolkata-700 001 with effect from November 12, 2024.
