Tokyo, Japan, June 10, 2026 - KITZ Corporation announced that it held a "KITZ Group Vision Sharing Meeting" following the integration of VTEX Corporation into the KITZ Group, with the aim of sharing the Group's vision and future initiatives in the semiconductor market.
The meeting took place on June 4, 2026, at VTEX's Tokai Plant. In addition to on-site participation, all VTEX employees joined the session via a web conference system, including participants from overseas locations, underscoring the Group's commitment to global collaboration.

Through the acquisition of VTEX, the KITZ Group has expanded its product portfolio and technology in the vacuum valve field. At the Vision Sharing Meeting, KITZ Group companies, including KITZ SCT and VTEX, reaffirmed their strong collaboration to establish a robust business structure that can address the growing and advancing needs of the semiconductor market.
