Gopalkrishnan Ganesan (DIN: 11163002), Director, Ministry of Steel, as Government Nominee director w.e.f 11.06.2025. Copy of the order of Ministry of steel is attached as Annexure-I.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided in Annexure-II.
Further, it is confirmed that Shri. Gopalkrishnan Ganesan, has not been debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or order of any other authority.
