Kingston Resources Limited (ASX: KSN) (Kingston or the Company) advises that following the successful completion of its recent fund raising, the Company has made a range of decisions to enhance opportunities to improve long term shareholder value. Board Renewal Current Chair, Mr Michael (Mick) Wilkes has advised the Board of his intention to step down as Chair of the Board at a time convenient to the Company. It is proposed that Mr Wilkes will remain in his role until a successor has been appointed. Mr Wilkes has served on the Kingston Board for eight years, including six years as Chair. The Board, with the assistance of an external consultant, have commenced a process to identify and appoint a new Chair and Directors, bringing renewed skills and perspective to support the Company's next phase. Mr Wilkes commented: 'After eight years on the Kingston Board, and in the current circumstances facing the Company, now is the right time to support a renewal of the Board and I look forward to supporting the Company through that process.'
