King's Bay Gold Corporation (TSX-V: KBG) announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc., it has granted a total of 2,100,000 incentive stock options for the purchase of up to 2,100,000 common shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.10 per share to Directors / Officers / Consultants, expiring January 12th, 2015.
