to present its financial results for the three and nine month periods ended
December 31, 2005.
Highlights:
- Production during the nine months ended December 31, 2005 averaged
215 boe/d. This is an increase of 51% over the nine month period ended
December 31, 2004.
- Production for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 averaged 285 boe/d.
This is an increase of 51% over the same quarter in the prior year, and
a 46% increase over the previous quarter ended September 30, 2005.
- Revenue for the nine months ended December 31, 2005 was $3,299,195.
This is an increase of 83% over the $1,806,360 for the nine months
ended December 31, 2004.
- Revenue for the three months ended December 31, 2005 was $1,499,430
compared to $819,041 for the same three months of the prior year.
- Cash flow from operations for the nine months ended December 31, 2005
increased to $1,248,377 from $686,422 for the nine months ended
December 31, 2004.
- Net income for the nine months ended December 31, 2005 was $502,372
compared to $218,957 for the nine months ended December 31, 2004.
