Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of the Company, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026, and shall continue to remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026.
