Further to our letter dated 12 July 2024 and pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, we write to inform you that the Company has completed the transfer of Factory Unit at Ambernath and the Ownership of the said unit was transferred to Company on 14 January 2025.
