Kier, a leading infrastructure services, construction and property group, has promoted Suzy Lovell to deputy general counsel.
Suzy joined Kier in 2019 as senior legal counsel, and was most recently head of legal and business assurance for the Group's Construction division, developing an operationally focused team embedded within each of the division's business units.
Most recently, she has been instrumental in shaping how Kier uses of AI as co-lead of its steering group, enabling self-builds, to creating hackathons and enterprise planning.
Suzy will report directly into the Group's general counsel, Stephen Milne.

This role follows a number of recent senior leadership roles announced by the Group as it progresses with its strategic growth ambitions. Other appointments include Rachel Warren as Group finance director for transformation, a trio of leadership roles in data, and Niki Steel joining as chief human resources officer.
