We are pleased to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 09:30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, 135-Upper Mall, Lahore to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Information (Un-Audited) of the Company for the Nine Months period ended on March 31, 2026 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from April 15, 2026 to April 22, 2026 (Both days inclusive) as required under 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations clause. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive of the Company shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
