Re-appointment of Shri KG Baalakrishnan (DIN : 00002174) as an Executive Chairman of the Company for a further period of three years commencing from 3.11.2026.2. Re-appointment of Shri B Sriramulu (DIN : 00002560) as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years commencing from 3.11.2026.3. Re-appointment of Shri R Selvakumar (DIN : 00051608) as a Whole-time Director of the Company for a further period of three years commencing from 7.8.2026.Further, the said notice is also posted on the Company''s website in terms of Regulation 46.You are requested to take the above on record and disseminate to all concerned.
