In continuation of the disclosure filed on 15.04.2025 in relation to resignation of Mr. Rohit Balu from the position of CFO, we hereby inform you that his last day of working was 08.07.2025 and he has been relieved of his job responsibilities w.e.f. 09.07.2025. The same is enclosed herewith.
