We wish to inform you that Nutraveda PTE LTD., a wholly owned subsidiary ("WOS") of Kerala Ayurveda Limited (the "Company") has registered a wholly owned subsidiary namely "Kerala Ayurveda Europe B.V." ("step-down WOS") in Europe on December 17, 2025.Upon registration, the said company became a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Kerala Ayurveda Limited.
