Kenya's Capital Markets Authority has approved the extension of the closing date of the Kenya Pipeline Company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) by three working days, the East African country's privatization authority said on Thursday.The offer had been due to close on Thursday at 1700 local time (1400 GMT) but will now remain open until Tuesday February 24 at 1700 local time, the authority said in a statement.All other terms and conditions of the IPO remain unchanged.
