Oslo, 24 June 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement madebyKlaveness Combination Carriers ASA ("KCC" or "the Company") on 23 April 2025regarding the annual general meeting's resolution to decrease the sharecapitalof the Company from NOK 60,458,231, by NOK 950,000, to NOK 59,508,231 byredemption of 950,000 shares held in treasury by the Company, each with anominal value of NOK 1.The resolution was published by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterpriseson 24 April 2025 and followed by a six-week creditor notice period, which wascompleted without creditor objections.The share capital decrease has today been registered as completed by theNorwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
