Notification for a dividend distribution

The General Meeting of Shareholders of Kauchuk AD, dated 30 September 2025, has taken the following dividend distribution decision for 2024:
- Gross dividend per share: BGN 24.40
- Dividend payout starting date: 17 October 2025
- Dividend payout final date: 17 January 2026
- Dividend payout: Via the Central Depository and CB UniCredit Bulbank
The right to a dividend will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register on the 14th day following the GMS date, i.e. as of 14 October 2025 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange for the holder to be entitled to receive a dividend will be 10 October 2025 (Ex-Dividend Date: 13 October 2025).
