This is to inform you that Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange of Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the board of directors the Company at its meeting held on 23rd December 2024 has agreed to execute 'Employee Stock Option' for eligible employee of the company and has authorized to Mr. Shantanu Upadhyay, Executive Director of the company to entered, deal, finalize, execute, negotiate and to appoint qualified /credible external agency/professionals to suggest, define and execute the ESOP policy.
