The Company is filing this revised ASCR. The revision pertains to the portion of the report mentioning that the report mentioning that the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquistion of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 were not applicable to the Company. The relevant portion has now been changed appropriately by the Practicing Company Secretary.
