Notice is hereby given that in order to determine entitlement to the 23rd profit/rental payment of KE SUKUK-5 due on May 03, 2026, the transfer books shall remain closed from April 28, 2026, to May 03, 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfer requests received at CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block "B", S.M.C.H.S, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, by the close of business on Monday, April 27, 2026, will be treated in time to process payments of profit/rental to the transferees.
