Jyotirgamya Advisory Private Limited from the 'Promoter / Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. The said application has been submitted in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations, following the approval of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 01, 2025, and based on the request received from M/s. Jyotirgamya Advisory Private Limited on September 30, 2025.
