This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated persons, read with Regulation 9 clause 4 of schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from July 01, 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2026 to the public (both days inclusive)
