This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated persons, read with Regulation 9 clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from January 01, 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited financial results for the Quarter ending on 31st December, 2025 to the public (both days inclusive).The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the company''s Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025 to the stock exchange.The date of Board Meeting of the company for review and approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31 December, 2025 will be intimated in due course
