Trading Update and Notice of Results 15 October 2026

Jupiter Fund Management plc ("Jupiter", the "Group") today issues its trading update in respect of the three months to 30 September 2026.

Key points:

  • The positive momentum in client demand seen in the first half of the year continued into the third quarter, alongside ongoing strong investment performance.

  • We generated net positive flows of £0.7bn in the third quarter, bringing year-to-date net positive flows to £1.4bn.

  • These flows, alongside strong investment performance and market returns, contributed to a 3% increase in assets under management (AUM) over the quarter to a record £75.9bn, with pre-existing Jupiter AUM also reaching a record £61.7bn.

  • The Retail, wholesale and investment trust channel generated £1.0bn of net inflows, marking its fifth consecutive positive quarter, with signs of broadening client demand across our product offering.

We are pleased to report another period of positive net client flows, with the momentum established in the first half of the year continuing into the third quarter.

Overall, we generated net positive flows of £0.7bn in the third quarter, bringing year-to-date net positive flows to

£1.4bn. Net inflows of £1.0bn and £0.2bn into the Retail, wholesale & investment trust channel and the Institutional channel respectively were partly offset by £0.5bn of net outflows in the CCLA client channel. Ongoing strong investment performance and market returns, alongside these flows, led to a 3% increase in AUM over the quarter to a record £75.9bn, with pre-existing Jupiter AUM also reaching a record £61.7bn.

The positive momentum we saw in retail client demand since May 2025 continued into the third quarter of 2026, generating £1.0bn and taking year-to-date net inflows through this channel to £2.5bn. This marked the channel's fifth consecutive quarter of net inflows.

The Institutional channel returned to net inflows of £0.2bn in the third quarter, driven by demand for our European equities capability from clients in Latin America and into Systematic equities from a European client. We continue to see strong client engagement in this channel, supported by our differentiated range of investment capabilities.

Systematic equities continued to deliver strong performance for our clients and was again a key contributor to net inflows, generating £1.7bn in the third quarter. The European equities capability was also net positive in the quarter. We continued to see broader demand across our product offering, particularly from retail clients, with positive flows into the Gold & Silver, Monthly Income Bond and UK Dynamic Equity funds.

On a regional basis, we continued to see momentum from clients across continental Europe, generating £1.0bn of net inflows in the quarter. We also saw £0.3bn of net inflows from Latin America, leading to a 10% increase in AUM in the region during the quarter.

CCLA saw £0.5bn of net outflows during the quarter. Following a period of weaker investment performance, the CCLA investment team has continued to make changes to the investment process and strengthen collaboration across the wider Group. We are now seeing early signs of improvement, with a number of CCLA funds outperforming relevant comparators over shorter periods. The CCLA integration process is progressing well and we will provide a further update at the full year.

We are encouraged that the positive client momentum has continued into the final quarter of the year to date.
