Juno Minerals Limited (ASX: JNO) ('Juno' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce that it has elected Mr Keith Saffy, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, to take on the role of Non-Executive Chairman effective immediately.
Mr Saffy was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 31 May 2025 and is a representative of Ntsimbintle Holdings (Pty) Ltd (Ntsimbintle), being one of Juno's major shareholders of the Company holding 15.22% equity interest in the Company. On his appointment, Keith Saffy said 'I am honoured to have been elected Chairman at a pivotal time for Juno.
The Company's cash reserves have been boosted following the recent sale of the Mount Mason project with Juno proposing to use these proceeds towards maintaining its Mount Ida Magnetite Project and exploring new opportunities'.
