Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Refund of Upfront Premium and Cancellation of Lease of Land at Village Parsili, Khasra No. 113 & 116 District Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh by Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board .The Forest Department, Governemnt of Madhya Pradesh declined to grant No Objection Certificate required for commencement of construction on the ground that the said land falls within the National Chambal Gharial Sanctuary ( Parsili Region).
