During Q1 2026, JUMBO paid an extraordinary cash distribution of EUR 67,18 million or 0,50 EUR per share (gross).
Store Rollout
Over the next decade, JUMBO Group network could reach 116 stores.
Greece: Development of at least 4 new hyper-stores over the next three years.
Cyprus: Expansion through 2 new stores in the medium term.
Bulgaria: Addition of 1 new hyper-store within the next two years.
Romania: A new store in Baia Mare is scheduled to commence operations in 2026. In addition, at least one new hyper-store is planned annually, with the objective of doubling the total number of stores over the next decade.
Our franchise partners currently operate 45 stores across 7 countries.
Existing partners have expressed strong interest in expanding their networks, both within their current markets and into new territories.
In Israel, the expansion plan foresees the opening of 3-4 new stores in 2026.
The first Jumbo store in Canada is expected to open in Toronto in early 2027
Strategic InvestmentsContinuous investment to enhancing the Group's online store. Exploring digital expansion into new markets, with the aim to launch an e-store in Turkey by end-2026.
Significant investments in cybersecurity, AI tools, and ERP system modernization
Infrastructure strengthening is a key strategic priority. In this context, Jumbo has pre-agreed the acquisition of a 60.000 sqm Giga distribution center in Romania to optimize local supply. In addition, two new distribution centers are under development:
Thessaloniki: Completion by 2027, serving Northern Greece and Bulgaria
Oinofyta: Completion in 2-3 years, supporting Greece and international operations
Total investments in distribution centers are expected to exceed €95 million over the next three years.
