In the context of providing the investing public with accurate, timely and reliable information, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.1.1 of the Euronext Athens Exchange Rulebook, JUMBO S.A. (the Company) announces its amended 2026 Financial Calendar as follows:
- Publication of the Half-Year Financial Report: Thursday, 24 September 2026, before the opening of the Euronext Athens trading session. The Half-Year Financial Report will be available on the Company's website (www.e-jumbo.gr) and on the Euronext Athens website (https://athens.euronext.com), prior to the opening of the trading session on Thursday, 24 September 2026.

- Ex-date for the Extraordinary Cash Distribution: Monday, 16 November 2026. Subject to approval of the Extraordinary Cash Distribution, the ex-date has been set after the expiry, on 18 September 2026, of the Futures Contracts traded on the Derivatives Market with the Company's share as the underlying security.
- Record date for the Extraordinary Cash Distribution: Tuesday, 17 November 2026.
- Commencement date for payment of the Extraordinary Cash Distribution: 20 November 2026
The above-mentioned ex-date, record date and payment commencement date for the Extraordinary Cash Distribution are subject to the relevant approval by the Company's Board of Directors.
Payment of the Extraordinary Cash Distribution will be made through a paying bank, in accordance with the provisions of the Euronext Athens Exchange Rulebook. Further details will be provided in a subsequent announcement by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, in which case it will inform the investing public in a timely manner.
