(HRT-TSXV) announce that they have agreed to change the scheduled closing date for the purchase and sale transaction previously-announced on June 8, 2006 from July 7, 2006 to August 7, 2006. Upon completion of this Agreement Corona will sell its 51% interest in the Sugar Zone to Harte.
