Dear Sirs, This is to inform you that JMG Corporation Limited has entered into Memorandum of Understanding with Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI) for jointly undertaking climate-focused, sustainability-driven, and carbon market-enabling business operations across State of Gujarat and Other States in India. The disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part B of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as per 'Annexure A'.
