- The Un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. A copy of duly signed Un-audited financial results along with limited review report thereon issued by M/s Kanodia Sanyal & Associates, Statutory Auditors of the Company, are enclosed.
- Appointment of Mr. Narayan Ramaswamy as Chief Executive Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 23rd January, 2023. The requisite details in terms of SEBI Regulations are attached herewith.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:15 p.m.
