Recently, Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JMC" or the "Company") received government incentives of approximate RMB 382 million appropriated by Nanchang City, Qingyunpu District of Nanchang City, Xiaolan Economy Development Zone of Nanchang County,Taiyuan Economic & Technological Development Zone,which are to support JMC's development. The aforesaid government incentives will be recognized as other incomes and recorded into the profits and losses of the Company in the fourth quarter of 2015, in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No.16-Government Incentives.
