AMMC approval of the annual update of the information dossier related to the commercial paper issuance program of Jet Contractors

Rabat, 3 march 2026

The AMMC informs the public that it has approved, on 3 march 2026, under the reference VI/EM/003/2026, the annual update of the information dossier related to the commercial paper issuance program of Jet Contractors.

The information dossier approved by the AMMC is composed of:

• The reference document related to the financial year 2024 and the first half of 2025, registered by the AMMC on 3 march, 2026, under the reference EN/EM/005/2026;

• The note of the commercial paper issuance program registered by the AMMC on November 2, 2023, under the reference EN/EM/028/2023.

  The main characteristics of the program are as follows :

  • Ceiling of the program : 200.000.000 DH;

  • Unit nominal value : 100.000 DH;

  • Maturity : from 10 days to 12 months;

  • Interest rate: fixed for each issuance depending on market conditions.

  The approved information dossier is also:

• Available to the public :

  • At Jet Contractors headquarters and on its website;

  • At the placement agent.

• Available on the AMMC website: https://www.ammc.ma.
