Jenex Gold Corp Announces Name Change and Change in Management

Amsterdam, New York February 3, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE)--Jenex Gold Corp ("Jenex") (JENX), today announced a corporate name change from Jenex Gold Corp to Sun Tzu Corp ("Sun Tzu" or "Company") (Pink Sheets: STZU) and a reverse split both duly authorized by NASDAQ Stock Market Inc.  On October 23, 2008 the Company acquired a majority ownership of all issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Jenex Gold Corp and Terry Barker and Bretton McCarthy were elected to the Board of Directors.

Sun Tzu Corp is a New Age Beverage company incorporated in Washington State with offices in Amsterdam, New York.  Sun Tzu owns and master distributes multiple brands across the New Age category.  The company supplies the brands to independent beverage wholesalers such as independent Anheuser Busch/Inbev, Miller-Coors, and Snapple distributors.  Sun Tzu Corp has brands that compete in many categories including the 8.8 billion gallon per year bottled water category with over $3.3 Billion across the top 20 brands*.

Brett McCarthy brings invaluable experience as a second generation beverage professional.  Mr. McCarthy brings a skill set developed from running several companies and co-founding a distribution and test market corporation in Manhattan.  Mr. McCarthy was instrumental in the development and test market of several successful beverage brands.

Joseph Muese, Director and William Burton, Director both announced their resignations.
