Notice Regarding Change in Completion Date for the Acquisition of Fixed Assets

JCU CORPORATION (hereafter, "the Company") hereby announces that the Company changed the completion date for the Kumamoto Facility, as disclosed in the "Notice Regarding the Acquisition of Fixed Assets (Construction of New Research, Factory, and Warehouse Buildings)" dated November 7, 2022 and the "(Change in Disclosure Information) Notice Regarding Change in Completion Date for the Acquisition of Fixed Assets " dated December 8, 2023, as described below.

1. Reason for the change

   The completion date has been revised due to construction work progressing more smoothly than originally planned.

2. Content of the change Before the change

   Completion date: December 2025 (planned)

   After the change

   Completion date: October 31, 2025 (planned)

3. Outlook

The impact of this matter on our consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, is expected to be minor. If any matters requiring disclosure arise in the future, the Company will make appropriate disclosures as necessary.
