VANCOUVER, Oct. 27, 2011 /CNW/ - JBZ Capital Inc. (TSX-V: JBZ) is pleased to announce that it held its Annual and Special General Meeting on October 25, 2010 (the "AGM"). At the AGM, the shareholders of the Company approved the following:
- Nigel Gellard, Peter Kozicz, Peter Ellery, Hugh Agro and Brent Lokash were re-elected, and Stephen Swatton was elected, as directors of the Company for the ensuing year;
- BDO Canada LLP were re-appointed as the auditors of the Company for the ensuing year; and
- The Company's "rolling" 10% stock option plan was adopted.
At the AGM, the shareholders, by special resolution, also approved a change of the Company's name from "JBZ Capital Inc." to "Strata Minerals Inc." The name change is subject to regulatory approval.
