Vancouver, B.C., November 4, 2010; Jayden Resources (TSXV:JDN) (OOTC:PNMLF) Inc., ("Jayden" or the "Company")(TSX-V:JDN) is pleased to announce that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has conditionally approved the Company's common shares for listing on the TSX. Upon listing, the Company's shares will continue to trade under the symbol "JDN".
Listing of the Company's common shares on the TSX is subject to the Company providing the Exchange with customary filing documentation in support of its listing and the completion of required background searches in respect of Ms. Letty Wan, the principal of the Company's largest shareholder, Progress Advanced Holdings Ltd. The Company anticipates it will be able to complete the filings and the review within the coming weeks. The Company will make a further announcement once the TSX has issued a bulletin confirming the date on which trading will begin.
The TSX is one of the most active markets in the world for resource companies and particularly precious metals producers and explorers.
