5.Cause of occurrence: The Company's subsidiary Jarlly
Technology(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will suspend production
temporarily in accordance with local government's order
to prevent the spread of COVID. Production will resume
upon notification from the goverment.
6.Countermeasures: The Company's subsidiary Jarlly
Technology(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. cooperates with
local government regulations to take contingency
measures to ensure the safety and health of employees.
And will adjust production to other manufacturing sites,
so impact to the Company is currently limited.
