RE: OUTCOME OF JAPAUL BOARD MEETINGJapaul Gold & Ventures Plc (the Company) wishes to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its Shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting of 29 July 2025, duly considered and approved the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2025 (2025 Q2 UFS).
Consequently, the 2025 Q2 UFS shall be filed before the close of business today, 29 July 2025, and in line with NGX Rules, the Closed Period placed on trading of shares of the Company for Insiders will be lifted twenty-four (24) hours afier the 2025 Q2 UFS is released to the public.
