Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. (JAPEX) held the Board of Directors' meeting today and resolved to pay a year-end dividend recorded on March 31, 2026, as follows.

This matter is planned to be proposed as an agenda item for the 56th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 23, 2026.

2. Reason of Determination

Our basic policy for profit distribution is to pay dividends in line with business performance for each fiscal year, based on a target consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30%.

Based on this policy, the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, will be 45 yen per share, an increase of 25 yen from the most recent dividend forecast. Therefore, the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, including the interim dividend, will be 65 yen per share.
