Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. (JAPEX, Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: YAMASHITA Michiro) decided the change of executive officers and an appointment of fellow as of April 1, 2026.

The change of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members, which will be subject to the resolution at the 56th ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 2026, will be announced upon its decision.
