Notice Concerning Acquisition of Certification for Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency ("CASBEE") for Real Estate

Japan Logistics Fund, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "JLF") announces today that 3 properties listed below have received Certification for Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency ("CASBEE") for Real Estate.

1. Overview of CASBEE Certification

   CASBEE is a method designed to comprehensively assess the environmental efficiency of buildings and promoted throughout Japan under the guidance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure Transport and Tourism.

   CASBEE Certification is a system where third-party institutions examine and certify assessment results prepared in accordance with CASBEE for Real Estate or CASBEE for New Construction, etc. Certification for CASBEE for Real Estate is based on CASBEE for Real Estate, which covers existing buildings that have been completed for at least one year, and evaluates the overall environmental performance of buildings in four Ranks (from Rank S to Rank B). 3. Future Measures

With the acquisition of the Certification, the percentage of portfolio with green building certification obtained by JLF is now 99.3%, and JLF meets its target for acquiring green building certification (acquisition ratio of 95% or more as of the end of FY2025). JLF is conscious of fulfilling its social responsibilities such as consciousness to the environment and contribution to society, and will continue to implement sustainability practices, such as

environmental and energy-saving measures for its logistics properties.
