Jainex Aamcol Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our prior intimation dated 07th April 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 has been rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons and now it will be held on Thursday 17th April 2025 to inter alia consider and approve various fund-raising options for the Company, in the light of the amendment to the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, as the Board may deem appropriate. Details of the proposal shall be intimated in the outcome of the meeting. Kindly take the above on record and oblige.
