Appointment of a Non-Executive Director
Mr. J.D.M. Smith will be appointed a non-executive director of
Paterson Zochonis plc on 1st March 2000. Mike Smith retired
from the board of BTR plc in 1996 after a 28 year career with
that company, the last nine as a main board director.
